Title: Spicy Tomato-Yogurt Dressing

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
2 | Ripe tomatoes peeled and seeded | |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Non-fat yogurt |
2 | tb | Cilantro or parsley, chopped |
Hot pepper sauce to taste |
Puree tomatoes in a blender or food processor. Add yogurt, sugar, salt and pepper; process until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Just before serving, stir in cilantro and hot pepper sauce.
Serve over sliced cucumbers, coleslaw, green salads or pasta.
